Donor history is the asset. We don't punish you for keeping it.
Treply earns from messages you send, not records you store. A 500K-donor file you message twice a year costs the same to keep on Treply as a 5K file.
Your year-7 reactivation campaign needs every name from year 1. Pricing models that tax long memory quietly tell nonprofits to delete donors. We won't ask you to do that.
Keep the whole donor file.
Seasonal fundraising depends on long memory. Pricing should not pressure your team to archive, split, or delete the records that make reactivation possible.
Talk through your donor file →Same category, different incentives.
Generic messaging tools can look similar from the outside. The pricing model tells you what the vendor wants you to optimize.
Per stored contact
Pricing scales with your donor file size, even when most supporters are inactive.
Per message credit
Pricing scales with sends; credits often expire monthly whether you use them or not.
Per ecommerce revenue
Pricing follows sales volume, which rarely maps cleanly to nonprofit fundraising cycles.
Treply
Donor records are included; messaging is billed around what you actually send.
What buyers usually ask before the demo.
How does volume-based pricing work?+
Your monthly bill has two parts: a platform fee set by your audience size (contacts and seats), plus messaging at a per-segment rate locked by the monthly volume you commit to. A 12-month contract is billed monthly and locks the lower rate; month-to-month is available on every tier.
What happens to existing customers?+
Nothing changes. Existing plans and rates are grandfathered — you keep exactly the pricing you have today. If a commit plan beats your current rate, you can switch at any renewal.
Do you charge per donor?+
No. Donor records are part of the platform. Your long-term donor history should not become a metered resource.
What about carrier fees and international sending?+
Carrier fees pass through at cost with no markup. International sending depends on the destination country, channel, and carrier rules.
Do you offer a nonprofit discount?+
The price is the nonprofit price. We built Treply for nonprofits, so there is no separate commercial price to discount down from.
Can our agency manage multiple orgs?+
Yes. Treply supports agency rollup billing so one partner team can manage multiple nonprofit workspaces cleanly.
What happens during seasonal spikes like Ramadan, year-end giving, or Diwali?+
Usage-based messaging means a larger sending month bills as a larger sending month. No overage gates, no surprise throttling.
How does opt-out and compliance work?+
Opt-outs, STOP handling, suppression lists, and compliance controls are built into the platform, not sold as a separate charge.
What about imports and data migration?+
Imports and migration are included in onboarding. We help preserve donor history, opt-in status, groups, and campaign context.
