Step 1: Access the Billing Section
If you want to access more features or increase your messaging capacity, upgrading is easy:
- Go to the ‘Settings’ tab: On the left-hand menu of your dashboard, select Settings.
- Select ‘Billing’: From the dropdown menu under Settings, click on Billing to access your subscription details.
Step 2: Manage Your Subscription
- In the Billing section, click on the Manage Subscription button located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Click “Update Plan”
- Once you’re redirected to your subscription details page, you’ll see an Update Plan button. Click on this to view all the available subscription plans.
Step 4: Chose a New Plan
- After clicking on Update Plan, you’ll be presented with a list of all available plans. Select the plan that fits your needs (e.g., Turbo or Booster).
- You can also adjust the number of licenses if necessary by increasing or decreasing the quantity.
Step 5: Continue and Confirm
- Once you’ve selected your desired plan, click on Continue.
- On the next screen, review your new plan details, and click Confirm to finalize the upgrade.
Step 6: View Updated Plan
- After confirming, you will be redirected to the Billing section, where you will see your updated plan details, including the new pricing and renewal date.
