In Treply, you can send messages in two ways: Direct Messages (Chats) or through a Campaign. Before you start sending messages, you need to add contacts to your Treply account. Follow the steps below for both methods. 

Method 1: Sending Direct Messages (Chat) 

If you want to send a direct message to a contact, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Add Contacts 

• Navigate to the Audience section in the sidebar. 
• Go to Contacts, and click on Add Contact or Import Contacts to add your contacts to Treply. 
• Once added, you can view and manage your contacts in this section.

Step 2: Start a Chat 

• After adding contacts, go to the Chats section from the sidebar. 
• In the chat page, click on the Plus Icon button a popup open where u can select a contact and start a conversation.

Now, you have successfully sent a direct message to your contact! 

Method 2: Sending Messages via a Campaign 

If you want to send a via campaign, follow these steps: 

 
Step 1: Create Contact and Group 

1. Go to the Audience section and select Contacts to add or import your contact list. 
    
2. After adding the contacts, go to the Groups tab and click on Add Group.
   • This will help you organize your contacts into groups for sending messages as part of a campaign.

Step 2: Create a Campaign 

• Go to the Campaigns section from the sidebar and click on Create Campaign. 
• Enter a Campaign Name and select the contact group you just created. 
• Compose your message, and choose whether to send it immediately or schedule it for a later time.

Step 3: Save and Send 

• After composing your message, click Save Campaign. The campaign will be sent to the selected group either immediately or as per the schedule you have set.
