Introduction 

Triggly is a powerful tool in Treply that helps you automate your SMS campaigns using keyword-based triggers. With Triggly, you can automatically respond to customers, add them to groups, and schedule follow-up messages. Here’s a simple guide on how to set it up. 

Step 1: Access the Triggly Page 

• Upon logging into your Treply dashboard, navigate to “Triggly”, from the side menu, where you’ll find Triggly Page 

Step 2: Set a Campaign Goal 

Decide what you want to achieve with the campaign. For example: 

Welcome new customers with a discount. 

Remind customers about an event. 

Follow up after a purchase. 

Step 3: Select a Predefined Keyword: 

• On the Triggly page, you’ll find a variety of predefined keywords tailored to different campaign goals. Instead of creating custom keywords, simply select from the available options that best suit your requirements.

Step 4: Click on Configure: 

Once you’ve selected your keyword, click the “Configure” button. This will open a setup form where you can define your automation details. 

1. Automation Name: 
   Enter a descriptive name for your automation, such as “Welcome Onboarding” or “Promotional Campaign.” 
2. Select Action: 
   Under the Action 1 section, you will see a dropdown labelled “Select Action.” When you click on it, you’ll have two options: 
   • Add to Group: If you select this option, a new dropdown will appear, allowing you to choose the group to which contacts will be added. 
   • Send Message: If you choose this option, a text box will appear, allowing you to enter the message that will be automatically sent to customers when they send the Keyword. 
   1. Add More Actions (Optional): 
      You can add multiple actions by clicking the “Add Actions” button. This lets you stack actions, such as adding a contact to a group and sending them a message at the same time.

Step 5: Save Your Message: 

• After you’ve completed setting up your trigger and actions, click “Save Triggly” to finalize your automation.
