Managing Chats
- Default Chat Assignment:
- When you join Treply, you’re automatically assigned your own chat and become the owner. This chat is linked to your default phone number and is where you’ll handle your direct communications. Assigning Chats to Others:
- Only chat owners and organization admins can reassign chats. Click on the three-dot menu (kebab menu) next to the chat you want to assign. Select Assign from the dropdown menu. Choose the member from the list to whom you want to assign the chat.

- Click the plus icon at the top of the chat window. Use the search bar to find the contact you want to add. Select the contacts and add them to the chat.
