Introduction 

Need to use your Treply contact list outside of the platform? Follow these simple steps to export your contacts quickly and easily. 

Step 1: Access the ‘Contacts’ Section 

1. Log in to your Treply account. Once logged in, Select the ‘Contacts’ page under ‘Audience’ section. This section is your central hub for viewing and managing all your contacts and groups.. 

Step 2: Click the Export Button 

1. On the right side of the page, you’ll find the Export Contacts button. 
2. Click this button, and a popup will appear. 
    

Step 3: Choose the Timeframe 

1. In the popup, you can select which contacts to export based on the time range:
   • All Contacts 
   • Last 24 Hours 
   • Last 7 Days 
   • Last 30 Days 
2. Choose the time range that best suits your needs. 
    
    

Step 4: Download the CSV File 

1. Once you’ve selected the contacts, the export will automatically start. 
2. The contact list will be downloaded as a CSV file to your device.

That’s it! Your contact list is now ready for external use. You can import it into other tools or keep it as a backup.
